* Soaps will be dispatched in 2 to 7 days after the clearance of payment.

* If payment is UNVERIFIED, Soaps will be pended for at least 4 to 10 working days before delivery.

* All Soaps will be delivered from New South Wales via Austrailia Post.

* You are also welcome to nominate your carrier for express deliveries, we will quote the shipping cost for you or you can provide your account name & number.

* Delivery speed takes another 3 to 7 working days.

* Delivery speed also depends on the Customs Clearance Procedures of destination country.

* Please notice that we are not responsible for any customs duty / sales tax (in case) from the Customs of your country. All product(s) will be marked as "GIFT" on the Customs Declaration Form. The value of the item(s) will be declared when the Customs of your country requests us to do so.

* We reserve any right to ask for the provision of your residential contact phone number and proof of address.

* The addressee MUST BE the purchaser. Soaps will be shipped to the address where you have registered with PerfectScents. We WILL NOT re-direct our product(s) to a third party person and a third party address.

* All item(s) sent via Australia Post (or other freight companies) are carefully addressed and packed. However, we assume no liability for any delay in delivery or goods are being lost or damaged during delivery. If such an event should happen, we will assist you to track the item. If item(s) is / are not received, we will claim compensation accordingly if permissable by thr carrier. Afterwards, we will post you a replacement / refund you the payment once the investigation is finalised. In such an event please allow up to 4-8 weeks for the investigation to be completed.
